Ordering Process

Methods of Ordering

You can order products from BackCountry 4×4 through our online catalog or by phone:

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Except for Special Orders (e.g. Hardtops) and some Drop Shipments, we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped or otherwise processed.

Change My Order

If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

Cancel My Order

To cancel your order, please call BackCountry 4×4 at 833-842-5952 immediately. We can only cancel orders before they have shipped.

Back Orders

Because we are a Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner.

Coupon Redemption

If you have a coupon, you may redeem it in your shopping cart. Simply enter the coupon code and hit “Submit”. You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.

Warranties

All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer’s Warranties and/or Guarantees.

Typographical or Printing Errors

BackCountry 4×4 can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However any typographical or printing errors, Prices or Specifications (subject to change) will be corrected without prior notice.

Ordering & Shipping

Is a secure server used for my orders?

Yes. BackCountry 4×4 uses a PCI compliant server to host our online store. We utilize sage payment services and encrypt the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

No BackCountry 4×4 only ships within Canada.

Do you ship same day?

If items are in stock we can ship next day. Some items may have to come from other stocking warehouses so we would be looking at 3-5 business in most cases.

Is Next Day Shipping available?

Yes, on in-stock products. Next day air starts after it is processed (payment approved) and shipped.

What happens if I select Next Day shipping on a product not in stock?

Your product will not ship next day until it is in stock. Once it is in stock, we will ship it Next Day.

How accurate are the lead times for products not in stock?

We do our best to ensure accurate information, however lead times are an estimated timeline based on our experience with the manufacturer.

What happens with back orders?

You will be notified by email if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments, we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped.

Guarantees

What is your return policy?

All returns require prior authorization. BackCountry 4×4 will only accept new, unopened items for return. We are unable to accept ANY electrical item, including lights for return, NO EXCEPTIONS. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from BackCountry 4×4 within 30 Days of receiving your merchandise in order to receive refund. Any return after 30 days will be eligible for an in-store credit. No return received after 90 days will be accepted.
