We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Except for Special Orders (e.g. Hardtops) and some Drop Shipments, we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped or otherwise processed.
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.
To cancel your order, please call BackCountry 4×4 at 833-842-5952 immediately. We can only cancel orders before they have shipped.
Because we are a Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner.
If you have a coupon, you may redeem it in your shopping cart. Simply enter the coupon code and hit “Submit”. You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.

No BackCountry 4×4 only ships within Canada.
If items are in stock we can ship next day. Some items may have to come from other stocking warehouses so we would be looking at 3-5 business in most cases.
Yes, on in-stock products. Next day air starts after it is processed (payment approved) and shipped.
Your product will not ship next day until it is in stock. Once it is in stock, we will ship it Next Day.
We do our best to ensure accurate information, however lead times are an estimated timeline based on our experience with the manufacturer.

All returns require prior authorization. BackCountry 4×4 will only accept new, unopened items for return. We are unable to accept ANY electrical item, including lights for return, NO EXCEPTIONS. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from BackCountry 4×4 within 30 Days of receiving your merchandise in order to receive refund. Any return after 30 days will be eligible for an in-store credit. No return received after 90 days will be accepted.
